Web Production & Design Coordinator
Oceanside, CA Temporary $30.00 - $32.00/hr Onsite

Job Description

2-3 Month Contract onsite in Oceanside with some travel involved

US Citizen or Green Card only, No C2C- W2 Only

Role Overview

This is a temporary, project-based position sourced through a staffing agency. You will work primarily on-site at our Oceanside manufacturing facility, but will also travel to active job sites across Southern California to photograph our technicians performing field work - installations, emergency repairs, combustion tuning, inspections, and other service calls.

Your core work is taking AI-generated HTML page templates and fully developed content and turning them into polished, brand-consistent, production-ready web pages. You will photograph our facility, equipment, and team both in the shop and in the field, edit that photography for website and social media use, and apply McKenna branding to our new web-based training platform.

You are not building the site from scratch. The page code, content strategy, SEO structure, and design system already exist. Your job is final production: inserting real photography, refining visual details, ensuring brand consistency across every page, and preparing everything for WordPress implementation by our existing web and SEO team.

Key Deliverables

  • Complete library of edited, web-optimized McKenna photography covering shop operations, field service work, equipment, and team members
  • Social media-ready photo content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
  • All 65-80 website pages finalized with real photography, brand-consistent styling, and production-ready quality
  • Branded visual design package for the McKenna Training Universe platform (login, dashboard, module UI, certificates, graphics)
  • Organized asset handoff package for the web/SEO team to complete WordPress implementation
